Business Incubator ITG was created through the EU-funded ERASMUS+ project – “New Ideas, New Technologies, New Generation” (InTechGrowth), which seeks through a collaborative incubation & acceleration platform designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs, connect them with expert mentors and help scale innovative ventures in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The project is implemented by a consortium led by the Foundation HEKET (Poland) and includes the following partners: Young Leaders Education, Training and Development Public Union (Azerbaijan), Association of Business Consulting Organizations of Georgia (Georgia), Institute for Development and Social Initiatives “Viitorul” (Moldova), Non-Governmental Organization Kharkiv Information Technology Cluster (Ukraine), Portuguese Association of Startups (APSU) (Portugal), Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University (Turkey), Adana Tourism Development and Infrastructure Service Union (Turkey) and Ministry of Youth and Sports (Turkey).

Business Incubation & Acceleration is a structured process that supports both start-ups and existing enterprises in transforming new business ideas into reality. Through this program, entrepreneurs with innovative concepts, ambition and motivation gain the opportunity to refine their ideas, develop practical strategies and grow them into successful businesses.

Once applications are reviewed, each selected candidate will work closely with our team to develop a personalized action plan spanning 3 to 12 months, tailored to the specific needs and goals of their business. Upon approval, the entrepreneur becomes a member of the ITG Business Incubator and, throughout the defined program period, receives professional guidance and support from our experienced business consultants and coaches.
ITG Business Incubator consultants and coaches assist in all aspects of business development, including strategic planning, operational setup, marketing, financial management and growth strategies, ensuring that each entrepreneur has the resources and expertise needed to successfully launch, scale and accelerate their business.
